Building a Better Website on a Budget

Working within The Arc’s limited budget, KDG was still able to:

  • Develop a new website at www.arcoflehighnorthampton.org with all of the tools and resources necessary for families in need. In addition, it was the focal point for engagement in all of The Arc’s many programs.
  • Assist in the creation of policy surrounding social media use and organizational compliance.
  • Create a robust social media strategy focused around Facebook and a burgeoning opt-in email list.
  • Develop an internal technology plan to address key areas of concern such as security, cost-effectiveness, and management.
  • Replace old terminals for processing in-person donations at events to a system using iPads for faster processing and less overhead.
