We are a 100% US-based company. All KDG employees are headquartered in our Allentown, Pennsylvania office. No employees or support are outsourced, so you can rest assured that you’ll have all the support you need close at hand.

We’ve worked with hundreds of small and medium-sized public and private businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions. There is no average size or service industry for our clients. Clients have been in manufacturing, banking, law, higher ed, logistics, government services, insurance, healthcare, and more. They also span the globe. While most clients we serve are located in the United States, we’ve also performed development for international clients.

KDG is a firm believer in giving back to the community. We regularly sponsor events for local schools, shelters, and special needs organizations.
Every employee at the company also has a designated charity they support. Every week, their clients get an email asking them to rate their experience with their project team. When an employee receives a rating, our company donates to their chosen charity in their name. This client feedback is displayed transparently on our website in real-time.
Once you initially engage with KDG, an introductory call will be held as soon as possible (usually within a week). Most projects can begin within the same month. In the case of a monthly development, maintenance, or support plan, your project may not start until the beginning of the following month.
You’ll receive an invoice on the first business day of each month for the work completed during the previous month. If you engage with KDG on a monthly development project plan, you are billed for the agreed upon number of hours on the 15th of each month in the preceding month that services are delivered.
We use Zoho Projects to chat with you, send/receive assets, submit support tickets, and track hours. You’ll also receive a progress update every Friday, which lets you know which work has been completed, which work we’ll tackle next, and where we are in relation to schedule and budget.
The best way to speed up the project’s process is to communicate openly with team members. Ask questions. Give feedback as soon as you can. Share your concerns. Our priority is making sure that your experience working with us is as seamless as can be.
If you’re unsatisfied with your project, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible via email or phone.
We take great care in ensuring that you always have a flawless experience with our team. That’s why we send out weekly feedback emails. These emails let you rate your project progress and your satisfaction. If you say you are unsatisfied, rest assured that a team member will be reaching out immediately to address your concerns.

ADA compliance, however, is not included in the basic digital marketing package. They are separate engagements.

Our IT support team offers software support and updates, hardware services, network maintenance, VPN installation, help desk support, system security, technology audits, and mail migration.
If your organization is local to the area, we can often be on-site within the same day to provide support. Even if you are located outside of the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia areas, we can schedule an on-site. We have traveled all over the country to provide project support.
We offer on-site and remote support via email, phone, or remote login. Remote support is available seven days a week and we provide 24-hour on-call services in the case of an emergency.
If you’ve had a bad experience with a past hosting company, we are glad to transfer your domain to a more reliable host and secure your site. We can manage and maintain your domain so that you no longer have to worry about the technical details behind your web address. Included in this engagement are SSL services.
We offer training as part of our managed IT services. This includes on-site training and webinars sent via email.
The most popular training services we offer are regular phishing campaigns. These fake emails, requesting financial information or password changes, are sent to your employees. Employees who click on them are redirected to training webinars. You’ll be sent a report of employee activity and performance at the end of every campaign.
The biggest difference between UI/UX design and web design is that web design focuses on what a website looks like and UI/UX design focuses on what the experience of using a site or app feels like. The ultimate goal of UI/UX design is to build something that doesn’t only look “nice,” but changes a user’s desired behavior and decision-making process.
