If your organization is local to the area, we can often be on-site within the same day to provide support. Even if you are located outside of the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia areas, we can schedule an on-site. We have traveled all over the country to provide project support.
Yes, we are an authorized reseller of many different brands. We also serve as an IT inventory for your team. If you require technology for your employees, we can order the technology, configure it, and ship it to your office or remote employee.
We offer on-site and remote support via email, phone, or remote login. Remote support is available seven days a week and we provide 24-hour on-call services in the case of an emergency.
We will perform a detailed inspection of every piece of hardware and note variance gaps from security and compliance requirements. The setup process takes from one business day for small businesses to months for large-scale implementations. It is performed on-site when possible.

The client portal can be accessed by visiting https://desk.zoho.com/portal/kdgroupllc/home. Using the portal, you can submit tickets and track their statuses. You’ll also have access to KDG’s Knowledge Base. Here you can find helpful articles on everything from security to device management.

We offer training as part of our managed IT services. This includes on-site training and webinars sent via email.
The most popular training services we offer are regular phishing campaigns. These fake emails, requesting financial information or password changes, are sent to your employees. Employees who click on them are redirected to training webinars. You’ll be sent a report of employee activity and performance at the end of every campaign.
Yes, we offer IT inventory management services for remote employees. We can order, configure, sanitize, and ship devices directly to your employees anywhere in the country. We can then provide setup support for your employees over the phone.
If any employee leaves your company for any reason, our IT inventory team will place a lock on their device and online accounts to ensure that no data becomes stolen or lost. The device will be shipped back to our IT warehouse where it will be restored to its factory settings and sanitized to help prevent the spread of any disease. Then, it will be safely stored until it needs to be deployed to a new employee.
