Each week we send a one click survey to every client that we’ve interacted with asking them, to rate not only KDG, but also the work that they have received from one of our professionals. Each time feedback is received for KDG, we make donations to charities hand-picked by our professionals.

Giving back

For every piece of feedback we receive, KDG donates to a local, national, or international nonprofit.

Why do we collect Feedback?

At KDG, ensuring the happiness of our clients is something we have taken seriously for over 20 years. From the project’s first plan to its final launch, we strive for transparency, communication, and innovation in an effort to provide the ultimate customer experience.

Although we spend most of our day behind computer screens, we’re more than just designers and developers or marketers and sales professionals. We’re active community members just like our clients and even share a lot of the same cares and concerns, including animal rights, children’s health, and environmental conservation.

Allowing our employees to select a charity that KDG gives back to on their behalf allows us both to participate in that conversaion with the organizations and communities that they support. And we find that to be a very enriching experience.
