Our Sales Support Specialist Kristina Buhay is the first KDG team member many of our new clients will talk to! She’s only a few months into her time here, but she’s already an expert on our services and a brilliant customer experience advocate. Here’s what she’s learned in her first 100 days.

You’ve now surpassed 100 days at KDG! What is one lesson you’ve learned while you’ve been here?

I joined the team while everyone was already remote. One thing I have learned is that even though we are all in our home offices, kitchens, or bedrooms, we truly are in this together. It is such a great feeling knowing that if I have a question or need to collaborate on a project, my teammates are just a message or video call away.

KDG’s committed to being a “cheerworthy” company. Why do you cheer for KDG?

KDG really focuses on quality and client satisfaction. When you choose to work with us you will receive a finished product that is the highest quality and know that you can be proud of it.

What is something you’re working to improve?

I love that KDG encourages continued education. Every week, my team chooses a webinar or course to watch or participate in to grow our skills. I have learned so much about creating content for landing pages, Google Tags, and communication skills. On my own, I’m taking time to learn more about the different services KDG has to offer. Right now, I feel pretty confident when it comes to teaching prospects about Zoho!

What’s something you’re working on right now that you’re excited about?

I am really excited to start handling initial client calls and walking the client through the onboarding process. I just had the opportunity to do this for the first time and it was very fulfilling to know that I’ve handed them off to the team that will take care of all of their needs.

What has been your favorite KDG outing/what is an outing you look forward to?

My favorite KDG outing would have to be the first one that I was able to attend. It was a doggy costume contest and picnic at the office. I was finally able to meet some of my coworkers in real life, other than our morning meetings, and Ruger, my pup, won the costume contest! I will also say that I am looking forward to KDG Day as well.

How do you de-stress after a long week?

After a long week you’ll find me at Lake Nockamixon hiking the trails with my dogs, in the gym lifting weights, or in my kitchen cooking and baking. These are my favorite things to do outside of work.
