Due to the sheer volume of support calls our team is experiencing, response time may exceed the usual 5 to 10 minutes. Rest assured, your questions or concerns will be heard and addressed as soon as possible.
How We’re Serving You:
- All client support has been moved remotely. Our help-desk team can provide support over email, over the phone, and via remote login.
- Client communications continue as normal. Clients should expect no change to their communication schedule. Progress updates, budget updates, invoices, and agreements will be sent as normal.
- Meetings with clients will continue to be held via remote capabilities like Zoom or Zoho. Our team will schedule meetings to suit the time and technology needs of our clients.
- Your support and feedback are very important. We want to hear from you! That’s why every client who responds to our Friday feedback request will receive a $20 Grubhub gift card to use at a local restaurant of their choice. Your feedback lets us give back to the small businesses that have helped build our community.
