Our Goals for 2025

Foster Inter-Departmental Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

We admit it.  Our business is complex, the work we do cab be nuanced, and it requires that we sweat details.  While we’ve been good at this in the past, as we continue to grow, our focus needs to be on hiring and training the best people who can leverage cross-departmental strengths with ease.  That means higher-quality and more efficient work for our clients.

Enhance Automation of Repeatable Tasks Across the Company

Like any business, we’re not immune to manual tasks at KDG.  However, our process for automating or eliminating them are always in constant focus.  By leveraging more automation tools and many artificial intelligence models, we hope that we are able to deliver more output in less time without sacrificing quality.  We’re so confident that we can do that, that we’ve set a goal to be able to increase speed and quality, but reducing costs.  It’s one of the things that makes us all proud of KDG– our focus on our client’s success.

Double KDG’s Size Within Three Years

Here we go!  While we’ve always grown at a considerable pace, we’re throwing down the gauntlet in 2025.  We know that we are doing things differently and it’s working.  Now, it’s time to scale and we thing that providing more for our clients for less money is certainly a catalyst to getting there.

Why This Day Matters

At KDG, Strategic Plan Day isn’t just a moment to look forward—it’s an opportunity to honor where we’ve been and set a clear course for where we’re going.

Over the years, our strategic planning has helped us:

  • Launch entirely new service offerings that compliment our existing offerings and make sense to our clients.  For example, our entire Accounting & Tax department didn’t exist 10 years ago.  Now, it is the fastest growing department inside of KDG and showing no signs of slowing down.

  • Become leaders in the professional services industry in resourcing and project efficiency.  If you’ve noticed that you never have to wait long at KDG to get a project moving or have an issue addressed by an expert on your project, you can thank our Strategic Plan.  Through years of planning, refining, and many AI models, KDG can resource the right staff in short notice and make sure that everything stays on track– without creating a horrific work environment.  Just ask our folks.

  • Become quality leaders.  While it’s tough to objectively manage quality, we’ve always focused on our 5,100+ reviews with 99% customer satisfaction.  This takes focus, humility, and an unrelenting desire to be the best.  That doesn’t just happen without effective organizational strategic planning.

This day is a chance for all of us to align, focus, and commit to making the upcoming year our best one yet.
