Functionality and Benefits

Zoho Finance Plus is an all-in-one cloud-based financial suite that unifies accounting, billing, inventory, expense management, and payroll to streamline back-office operations and improve business efficiency.

Zoho Finance Plus provides users with:

Access to Multiple Apps in a Single Platform

All Zoho finance apps are built from the ground up to work together seamlessly. Information entered in one app will be reflected in another.
Example:

A furniture retailer updates a customer's shipping address in Zoho Books. That same address is automatically reflected in Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM—no double entry needed, reducing human error and saving time.

Improved Quote-to-Cash Process

When your sales team generate quotes and orders in one application, they are immediately available in the others for teams to promptly fulfill orders, create the invoice, and collect payment.
Example:

A sales rep at a marketing agency sends a quote through Zoho CRM. Instantly, the finance team sees the order in Zoho Books, generates an invoice, and sends it to the client—all in minutes, speeding up payment collection.

Better Business Decisions

The need to manually tie together data from different sources is gone, real-time information flows between apps allows you to make more informed business decisions.
Example:

A retail chain pulls real-time inventory levels from Zoho Inventory and matches them against sales forecasts from Zoho Analytics to avoid stockouts and oversupply during holiday promotions.

Recurring Billing

Zoho Finance Plus equips you with a solid recurring billing solution while bridging the gap with traditional accounting.
Example:

A SaaS startup uses Zoho Subscriptions to manage monthly plans while Zoho Books handles their financial reporting. The result? Seamless recurring billing with full accounting compliance.

Faster Employee Reimbursements

Zoho Expense automates your reimbursement approval flow, making it easy for your employees to claim reimbursements.
Example:

A consulting firm's employee submits a travel expense report in Zoho Expense. It's routed automatically to their manager for approval and reimbursed within 48 hours—no manual chasing required.

Ease of Administration

Easily manage multiple users across different departments.
Example:

An HR manager at a growing company adds new hires to Zoho People and instantly provisions access to relevant finance apps like Zoho Expense and Zoho Books, streamlining onboarding.
