As part of KDG's commitment to innovation and leadership in the Zoho ecosystem, we had the incredible opportunity to travel to Zoho's Headquarters in India and attend the Global Zoho Creator Summit. Attendees of the event have to qualify to be there, and so this event brought together top Zoho Creator partners from around the world, and we were honored to be included with the finest in the globe.
The trip was more than just an awards ceremony—it was an eye-opening experience into Zoho's vision for the future, the power of its global partner network, and the rich culture of India. We're excited to share what we learned, what we experienced, and what it all means for KDG and our clients moving forward.
Being part of this global event reinforced what we've always believed—Zoho isn't just software; it's a movement. And we're proud to be a part of it.
A Grand Welcome to Zoho's Headquarters

Before we stepped into the event, we took in some of the sights and learned some really incredible things about Zoho's impact on the local community. Zoho welcomed us with a traditional ceremonial entrance, immersing us in the local culture right away.
When you arrive at Zoho's headquarters, you'll find a bustling campus alive with purpose. The constant activity reflects the company's dual commitment: creating cutting-edge software solutions and supporting the well-being of the employees who drive that innovation. While Zoho is widely recognized for its custom business applications, it's equally dedicated to uplifting the local community. The expansive campus feels like a self-sustaining city of innovation—rooted in social responsibility. From on-site farming initiatives and a campus grocery store to educational discounts for employees, Zoho thoughtfully invests in the people behind its success.
What stands out most is their investment in education through the Zoho School of Technology, Zoho School of Design, and the Zoho School of Business where students are trained in software development, business applications, and in user experience. These efforts reflect a deep commitment to creating opportunities, building talent, and fostering growth—both in business and in the community.
Seeing this firsthand reinforced why Zoho is such a unique company. They are deeply invested in their people, their partners, and their long-term vision for technology. Learning about the educational opportunities they provide, their initiatives, and their mission was inspiring to us.

Zoho and the Future
This trip wasn't just about celebrating our accomplishments—it was a powerful opportunity to reflect on how we can continue to elevate the experience we offer our clients. At the 2025 Zoho Creator Partner Summit, one theme emerged loud and clear: Zoho is evolving, and they want their partners to evolve with them.
Rather than simply waiting for new features or integrations to roll out, Zoho is encouraging partners to take a more active and strategic role in shaping the platform. As the people on the front lines—those building solutions day in and day out—partners have a unique understanding of where the gaps are, what businesses truly need, and how current tools can be extended to meet those needs. Zoho recognizes this, and is actively empowering partners to lead the way with innovation.
For our clients, this means access to smarter, faster, and more personalized technology than ever before. With our deeper involvement in Zoho's roadmap and access to their support and insights, we can offer:
- Tailored solutions that directly address unique business challenges—built not just by a developer, but by a strategic partner who understands your goals.
- Direct access to Zoho's leadership and technical support, helping us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Experiencing India: Food, Culture, and Adventure
While the conference itself was packed with insightful discussions, we also had time to explore the culture, food, and history of India.
One of the most memorable experiences was our visit to Puducherry, a beautiful coastal town with strong French influences. Walking through its streets, we could see the blend of Indian and French architecture, creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere.
Of course, we had to try authentic Indian cuisine, and it turned out to be an adventure of its own. While we weren't always certain of what we were selecting, we embraced the experience by selecting unknown menu items and hoping for the best. Everything we ate was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to explore new tastes and culinary traditions.
Traveling through India gave us a greater appreciation for the people behind Zoho—their culture, their hospitality, and their dedication to their work.

This trip was a milestone for KDG, but we're just getting started. Our goal this year is to be the #1 Zoho Creator Partner Champion next year.
