At KDG, growth has never been about chasing trends or quick wins. It’s about building something durable, partnership-driven, and designed to last.
As we head into the new year, we are excited to share an early look at Strategic Plan 2026, a roadmap centered on growing with intention, partnering more deeply, and continuing to invest in the systems and people that make both sustainable.
In early January, our entire team will come together for a full-day Strategic Plan event. While that work happens internally, we believe the best strategies are not built in isolation. This pre-event preview offers insight into where KDG is headed and invites our clients, partners, and community into the journey ahead.
A Focus on Intentional Growth
For many organizations, growth is measured by speed. At KDG, it’s measured by impact.
Strategic Plan 2026 reinforces a disciplined approach to growth rooted in deepening the right client relationships and preparing thoughtfully for what comes next. Rather than pursuing every opportunity, KDG remains focused on working with organizations that value long-term partnership, shared accountability, and scalable outcomes.
That philosophy was reflected in 2025 when KDG was named a Clutch 1000 company, placing us among the top-rated B2B service providers globally based on verified client feedback and proven results. The recognition matters not because of the list itself, but because it validates a core belief: when growth is intentional, client trust follows.
Looking ahead, Strategic Plan 2026 continues this trajectory by emphasizing how we select partners, how we structure engagements, and how we ensure growth strengthens both our clients and our organization over time.

“Being recognized in the top one-tenth of one percent of service providers is a real testament to the people, processes, and professionalism at KDG.” said Kyle David, Founder and CEO of KDG, “For a long time, we were known to be crazy for the integration of services we bring under one roof. However, as Clutch has recognized for many years running, KDG is able to economically deliver with a level of detail, predictability, and expertise that has few competitors.”
Elevating the Strategic Partner Mindset
Strategy isn’t a department at KDG. It is how decisions are made.
A central pillar of Strategic Plan 2026 is the continued reinforcement of a strategic partner mindset across the organization. This ensures that daily decisions, client recommendations, and internal collaboration consistently connect back to bigger-picture outcomes.
In practice, this shows up in how teams evaluate priorities, align work to timing and impact, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver meaningful results rather than simply completed tasks. The goal is clarity over complexity and consistency over heroics.
That mindset also extends to the platforms and ecosystems we align with. In 2025, KDG once again achieved Zoho Premium Partner status, the highest tier in Zoho’s partner program, recognizing deep expertise, complex implementation capability, and sustained client success. It is another signal that strategic partnership, when practiced consistently, compounds over time.
More insight into how this mindset comes to life across teams will be shared through upcoming leadership interviews following the Strategic Plan event.
Investing in People Through Practical Training
Strong client outcomes begin with confident, well-supported teams.
As KDG grows, Strategic Plan 2026 places renewed emphasis on how people are trained, developed, and equipped to succeed. The focus is on predictability and practicality, including clear expectations, consistent development experiences, and opportunities to practice real-world skills in a supportive environment.
This commitment to people and culture was recognized in 2025 when KDG was named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania within the small business category. The award is driven by direct employee feedback and reflects an environment where collaboration, growth, and trust are experienced day to day.
Looking forward, Strategic Plan 2026 builds on that foundation by strengthening how training is delivered across roles and teams. The goal is to ensure that as KDG scales, excellence scales with it.
From AVP of Professional Services, Claudia Miller (pictured far right): “Had such a great time celebrating with my KDG team at the Best Places to Work in PA awards! Even more excited that we ranked 14th in the small business category — a 20-spot jump from last year. Proud to be part of a team that keeps raising the bar.”

Bringing It All Together
Strategic Plan 2026 isn’t about a single initiative or a single year. It represents the next chapter in KDG’s evolution.
What began as a focus on strong client relationships has grown into a company-wide commitment to strategy, consistency, and long-term impact. The recognition KDG earned in 2025, spanning client satisfaction, workplace culture, and platform expertise, confirms that the direction we are heading is built on a strong foundation.
In the weeks following our internal Strategic Plan event, we will share more through leadership conversations and deeper dives into how these goals take shape across teams and practices. For now, consider this an invitation, an early look at where we are going and a reminder that the best work we do is built together.
We are excited for what lies ahead, and we are just getting started!
