Solutions

Detailed User Research

With hundreds of pages on the old HubSpot site, including landing pages and blog posts, the migration process took some careful time and consideration. A new sitemap was created and analytics were studied. The most popular pages and posts were carried over, while less popular pages had their content reduced or removed entirely. This made for a more user-friendly and digestible site.

Email Marketing

autopom! had numerous autoresponders and email campaigns in HubSpot. Part of the migration process involved moving this content over to Zoho CRM. Dedicated landing pages, autoresponders, and workflows were recreated field-by-field by KDG’s certified Zoho CRM developers. autopom! also turned to Zoho Campaigns for email marketing.

Social Strategy

Monthly digital marketing from KDG keeps traffic to the site active. Press releases build backlinks, social media posts gain a following, and guest blogs spread news of autopom!’s products and services across the web. In conjunction with the launch of the new site, digital marketing helped traffic grow by well over 100% and continues to gain autopom! a positive web presence.

We originally purchased HubSpot for its marketing automation potential. However, in later years we found that Zoho had added marketing automation capabilities to its inventory of business tools. Consequently, we made a decision to consolidate into one, more cost effective and easier-to-maintain system - Zoho.
