Starnet partnered with KDG’s Zoho development team to develop a custom Zoho One solution that would seamlessly integrate dozens of Zoho and third-party applications for everything from sales and marketing to customer service, accounting, and human resources. Now, all of Starnet’s operations can be managed in one application that expertly syncs data, manages communications, sends notifications, and provides data-driven reporting. Starnet can also rely on KDG’s project management expertise and regular consulting to ensure that they’re making the right decisions when it comes to their business and their technology.

One of the biggest reasons for turning to Zoho One was to provide better engagement opportunities for members. With automated business intelligence through CRM, Social, Campaigns, and more, Starnet is providing more frequent and more meaningful interactions with its many members. Staff are given the tools and the data they need to step out of the box and build relationships with members new and old.
Reviewing their business processes has allowed Starnet to identify their weak links. They learned where communications could be enhanced, where accounting data could be cleaned up, and where there were opportunities for more member engagement. A suite of Zoho integrations ensures all of this data is in sync, so Starnet staff can see a member’s contact info, communications, invoices, engagement score, and more in one record.
Starnet sends over 500,000 invoices per year. Using Zoho Invoice and Zoho Books, the organization can now keep track of these invoices and follow up when payments are overdue to ensure funds are collected on time. In addition, Starnet has the resources to build stronger...and longer...relationships with members.
