Zoho's flagship user conference, Zoholics, held this year in Houston, was a vivid showcase of the company's bold vision for a more connected, intelligent, and secure digital workplace. From AI-powered productivity tools to privacy-first innovations and financial automation, Zoho's product updates emphasized their ongoing mission: to empower businesses of all sizes with tools that are deeply integrated, intuitive, and built for scale.
KDG is proud to support clients in navigating and implementing these powerful tools. As a recognized Zoho Partner, we're excited about the new opportunities these updates present for enhancing operations, increasing team collaboration, and driving growth. Here's a detailed look at the top announcements from Zoholics 2025 and what they mean for your business.
CRM for Everyone with Zia Agents
Zoho has enhanced CRM for Everyone, which now is integrated with Zia Agents. This upgrade boosts customization of CRM’s and streamlining processes. Zoho’s generative AI software aims to resolve issues that organizations are facing with coordinating processes across multiple departments.
Key Features Include:
- Building custom modules and workflows with natural language.
- Designing custom interfaces from uploaded images.
- Configure permissions and generate reports using natural language.
- Connected Records automatically links work across team modules to ensure the smooth flow of context through the customer journey.
- Connected Workflows automatically coordinate work across the many teams involved in delivering the customer experience.
This new CRM experience starts at just $9 per user/month, with Zia AI features included at no extra cost. For businesses working with KDG, this presents a major opportunity to improve internal collaboration and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Zoho Ulaa Enterprise
The new enterprised version of Ulaa, Zoho’s privacy-first browser, was announced at Zoholics. Unlike traditional browsers, Ulaa gives users and admins granular control over privacy and session separation.
Ulaa Enterprise allows companies to prevent threats at the browser level while balancing ease-of-use and extensive control features, without the complexity of third-party tools.
Features:
- Centralize Policy Management: Admins can define access controls, restrict downloads, manage extensions, and govern user behavior through central policies applied across users and groups.
- Data Loss Prevention (DPS): Ulaa enforces DLP at the browser layer, blocking unauthorized uploads, copy-paste actions, screen captures, and downloads of sensitive data.
- Complete Visibility and Control: IT teams can monitor risks, view detailed audit logs, and enforce security policies with precision at the browser level, reducing or eliminating the need for reactivity.
For industries like healthcare, legal, and financial services—where compliance and data protection are crucial—Ulaa presents a new level of confidence and control.
Zoho Payments: Native Financial Infrastructure for U.S. Businesses
Also debuting was Zoho Payments, a long-awaited in-house payments platform now available in the U.S.
This solution enables businesses to accept credit card payments in over 135 currencies and process ACH transfers—all from within the Zoho ecosystem. With seamless integration into Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho CRM, this reduces the need for third-party processors and manual reconciliation.
Standout Features:
- Custom Checkout Pages: Host-branded and embeddable for online purchases or donations.
- Automated Reconciliation: Matches incoming payments with invoices in Zoho Books.
- Real-Time Transaction Monitoring: Gain visibility into payment statuses and potential delays.
Zoho Payments offers a streamlined cash flow experience for small businesses, nonprofits, and enterprises alike. Pricing is currently listed at 2.9% + $0.30 for domestic cards, plus 1.5% for international cards.
Zakya for Retail
In an expansion of its reach into retail, Zoho introduced Zakya, a Point-of-Sale solution tailored for brick-and-mortar businesses.
This system supports:
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Offline and mobile billing
- A unified dashboard for customers, transactions, and vendors
- Integration with third-party payment processors and logistics platforms
With Zakya, retail stores, salons, and service shops can centralize their operations under a modern POS system that syncs with web dashboards, staff logins, vendor records, and customer engagement tools.
